Update README.md

I noticed some minor issues with the current README so I went ahead and fixed them.

Issues:

• Invalid pre-compiled binary location (7745ed1 added that line to the README 2 years ago when the executable was stored in the source tree)
• Inline HTML (The markdownlint rules discourage the use of HTML in a markdown file, and it wasn't needed in the README)

I'd be willing to make changes and/or squash the commits into one if that's something that you want.
