Missing perldoc-html.tar.gz archive. #37

On the recent version of webpage there is missing perldoc-html.tar.gz archive. Previously it was accessible from https://perldoc.perl.org/perldoc-html.tar.gz url.

This hasn't been provided since before the previous refresh, but it is a goal to provide an offline copy of the docs again. It will not have a search function at least for the first iteration since the current search implementation requires a server.

Is it to possible to add Perl version to the archive? For example: https://perldoc.perl.org/perldoc-html-5.32.tar.gz

The URL will likely be completely new and archives of individual perl versions could be done.
