Test correct geocoding for street numbers #73

OSM Nominatim had issues with street numbers in Austria. Therefor we changed the geocoder to Google Maps. There is a link to Google Maps app in the incident overview now, so we use "Google Maps API with a Google Map" according to Google's license.
