returning to the app in the right level

launching an app currently drops the app back to the student select screen after the game ends or the home screen button is pressed.

this should return to the level the kid was playing at the time. what is needed from my understanding is some sort of tracking which level a kid is in and a default route in angular that either shows the kids selection menu if no level is set or the level the kid is playing at the time.

how to replicate:

• add a app that is installed on the tablet to the content/app.js in level 1
• click the app to launch it
• click the home button and return to the grit app
• find yourself in the kids selection screen instead of the level screen
