Apps don't launch in Kitkat 4.4.2 #63

Rob reports that he upgraded some or all of his tablets to 4.4.2, but during observation, Grit on those tablets couldn't launch any of the apps - just a black screen and then back to Grit.

I know why this is happening now - Lenz created a custom cordova-android plugin for doing this which I cleverly didn't upgrade to the new 3.3 cordova layout. I'm working on this today and will have a new (fixed) build soon. /Eoin/

We ran into this bug in April 2014, but I suspect we were using the Dec 8 build. We need to confirm with Samdy that the Dec 18 build does indeed fix this bug for the PIO trial.

Confirmed that the Dec 18 build fixes this.
