replace/remove apps that are not working well

Many of our current apps are either:

• too complicated to get to the actual game (e.g. too many menus and overhead), and/or
• rely on English text or narration too heavily (non-English speakers can't follow well enough).

Try to find better replacements, or consider removing apps altogether (especially on levels that have 3 or 4 apps now).

I've revised the app list for levels 1 to 4, should be done levels 5 and 6 in the next day or two.

We need to add the following to the khmer-content repo for each new app

1. Human name & package name
2. image (from app store

@daveob happy for you to modify khmer-content directly or alternatively you can just tell me what changes you want and I can do it.
