Directory renames on Google drive not recognised by grive #267

Hi,

I renamed some directories of some folders in the Drive web browser interface.

When running grive, it has not detected that the folders are renamed and is uploading them again to Drive (as they are now "missing").

This is not the functionality I would expect...

Yes, Grive can't detected rename, it will scan local all of file then compare with Google drive.
