File xx.apk not found

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start the emulator with ./startemu.sh Android2.1
2.Specify which apk to analysis, ./droidbox.sh Test.apk

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
File Test.apk not found.
Is it some specific place we need to store the application? /data/app or 
/system/app?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Running Ubuntu 10.04 on Virtualbox.

Please provide any additional information below.
Have installed matploitlib which I think include pylab, not sure because I 
can't find pylab just by itself. pylab only regards the outcome of the 
diagrams, not about finding .apk?

Test.apk must be in the same directory as the droidbox.sh
Yes, pylab is only for plotting the viz.
