As stated here https://github.com/Grokzen/docker-redis-cluster#redis-major-version-support-and-dockerhub-availability on 2020-04-01 the versions and tags for 3.0, 3.2, 4.0 will be removed from docker.hub and removed support files in here like Makefile and documentation.

Major versions 3.0, 3.2 & 4.0 have now been removed from docker.hub and only 5.0, 6.0 & 6.2 is still uploaded.

You can still build and start the older versions from the build/run instructions you can find in the README.md file
