Create tests for file attachments endpoints #180

After merging https://github.com/Grommash9/tg_chat_mate/pull/175 we have an functions and example how to test our endpoints

Please follow these approach and provide tests for all file attachments endpoints, please create file for it.

We should check what we are calling right functions with right data and getting right answer.

Please also tests getting errors
