Manager setting panel (without design) #83

On click to manager account or setting button near to it we should be able to open setting for project.

Root manager and default one should have different setting available

At start we want to assign tg account to current manager (manager can be associated with any number of accounts) - so we will be able to use some features from bot and have notification.

And panel to approve managers (only for root manager)
