◘Model name needed as entry for form #15

I think it is very useful to have a name for the model as a quick identifier. It could be the title of the paper or etc, but I think this would be helpful. Currently, there is no way to identify a model other than as a citation. This can be fine, but it would be useful to create a unique identifier naming system (maybe) or just number the models.
