Design an initial list of AB questions for Settlers of Catan vs Life.

Jarred came up with a good question: do you prefer the game of life's spinner or rolling die (such as a 10 or 20 sided die?)

Something to keep in mind (and this will have to be confirmed with Matt), but I'm fairly certain we're restricted to the components of the two existing board games, meaning it'd be a choice between the spinner or 2d6. (RAWR TECHNICALITIES) So we could phrase the question as "Would you prefer to spin a number spinner or roll a set of die?"

This is pretty much done. I'll take a look at the question list and edit a few of the questions, other than that I think this issue can be closed.
