I 'd like to ask what is the exact meaning of the title in dataset? Especially the _Reviewervalue and _ReviewerRank?

I'm sorry I just saw this email. The following headings indicate respectively users' name, users' rating of restaurant, time to post comments, taste score, environment score, service score, per capita consumption, raw food score, comments after word segmentation and polarity of comments.
