Create Break UI #269

If a user selects "Start Break" on the toaster notification it will then automatically start a 10 minute countdown timer. The difference here is that the left button and time wheel turn to blue (#1a90dc) instead of green.

If a user hits "Complete Break" the UI will return to its normal green UI resting state. If a user hits "Reset Timer" the break will reset and the "Complete Break" button will change to "Start Break".

@chrislewispac We had a thought here that we would like the text "Break time. Go outside!" that is displayed when the break is running to randomly generate from 5-10 different break copies.
