Add primary_user_commit_count and secondary_user_commit_count to users_users table #88

Update these figures when the competitionUpdateInterval runs in acceptedCompetitorCard.js and acceptedCompetitorCard2.js. This will allow for the front end to GET from users_users and know the points for each user, so that game mechanics can function.
