DB backend #110

Hook it all up to Mongo? Right now it's just in the in-memory DB all in BootStrap for presentations and speakers.

After setting up an Appfog DB (Mongo or PostgreSQL) remove the toggle if check in /page/home.

  1. Need to create up a AF DB.
  2. Add config attrs to Config.groovy
