Fix photo sizing on Monthly Presentations slide #66

On the home page slide the scale/size of the image for Monthly Presentations is way off again. We should probably scale it with photoshop as the updates to the smart template seems to break it every new version.

This looks ok locally but broke on prod. So we'll see what happens after the next push.
