Trending topics - homepage list

• We need to display a list of trending topics on the home page for users to click.
• May replace text box entirely due to rate limits.

Would be better to serve the trends with the page, rather than request them after it's loaded.

• easier
• faster for client
• smaller JS file
• no need for Json serialisation/deserialisation of trends list
• less moving parts

Since the server will be maintaining its own list of trends, it's very easy for us to output that as a HTML list with Razor.
