As a developer, I want to decide on what framework(s) we want to use going forward so that we can work on completing features with those framework(s).

Possible frameworks for Cross-Platform development: (Name - Language)

React Native - JavaScript
Flutter - Dart
Cordova - HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
Ionic Framework - HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Xamarin - C#
