Code Review - Remove Firebase and use JSON

As a developer, I want to do a code review for the new JSON data issue #31 so that we can ensure there is no bugs in the new data.

Note, #31 should be complete (not closed) before work proceeds with this issue.

• Developer walks through code
• Verify that data is being called correctly and percentages are mostly accurate
• Create bug issues if necessary
