Thanks for submitting your user stories and wireframes! This is a great concept. I can see it working really well with Groupon.

A couple of tips / suggestions:

From the user flow perspective, I wonder if it makes more sense for the user to get enough "Ups" before they actually purchase the Groupon.
For the invite list, you might want to consider using the Facebook graph (i.e. friends or friends of friends) to make this more natural for the user (as opposed to strangers in your area).
From the scoping perspective, I'd focus on the core flow first. Items like an instruction page and push notifications can be bumped down into optionals after you have the main flow working.

The next step is to finish the MVP features by end of day Wednesday (11/25) PST and create another issue once you have completed that part.
