[FEATURE] Add a main/hero section which describes the different tasks and features. #107

Description: Basically, Adding a main section which guides and describes the visitor what features and tasks can be performed. Adding a button which references the todo-list section when clicked on it with hovering effect . Better UI Experiance for a visitor/User.
