Changing the UI of a website and make it responsive #12

I will convert the UI into blue and black theme which denotes dedication and also make it responsive for the mobile phones.

I have seen that the page is still not responsive for mobile view. If no one is working on this can you please assign this to me and please add the hactoberfest and gssoc-extd label
