Description: When moving a spell to the off-hand slot (Using either the key-binding or manually moving it in inventory), the spell's visual effect displays in the center of the screen. The spell should display in the off-hand, but instead is causing the cross-hair area to be blocked out.
It should be noted that this causes no interference when in third-person.
Steps To Reproduce:
1) Create a spell (Projectile > Physical Damage).
2) Set the spell in your hot-bar and hold it.
3) Press the bound-key for 'Swap Hands' / Move the spell from your on-hand slot, to the off-hand slot.
4) Verify the spells on-screen placement
Expected result: The spell should display, properly aligned with the correct hand.
