At least, the book on the lectern cycles through different kinds of dye instead of representing only lapis lazuli, which is what it's always been previously. I would imagine if another type of dye was thrown in besides lapis, the spell would not create properly - or maybe it would, which is... still an issue. Will test further.
EDIT: Okay. It's just a visual bug, it will not actually accept any dye that is not lapis during the spell creation process.
