[1.5.0-17b] upturned gravity effect of Ender Boots does not stop when reaching max build height

Using the Ender Boots on the surface to reverse gravity makes you fly into the sky but when you reach the max build height the effect does not stop like in the previous 1.7.10 version of ars magica 2. Reaching the max build height also makes you teleporting one block up and down very fast giving your vision a vibrating like effect
