Place block spell is non-functional. Combinations of casting, sneak-casting, sneak-right clicking or left clicking fail to bind a block to the spell.
Steps to Reproduce:
1: Craft a spell; Projectile || Place Block
2: Cast the spell on Stone Bricks
3: Cast into the distance
4: Sneak cast and change positions; repeat step 3 for each combination.

Spell binds to a block type. When cast, the spell should place a block of the chosen type from the players inventory, into the world where the spell lands.
