Battlemage Circlet does not accept Bibliocraft Reading enchantment #258

The Battlemage Circlet (and possibly Mage Hood) do not accept bibliocraft's reading enchantment. Not entirely gamebreaking, but should be an easy fix.

Bibliocraft is on 1.10 now?

It's been like that, atleast since near the start of the month. I've been using it in my pack since before Am2 even had its official curseforge 1.10.2 release. https://minecraft.curseforge.com/projects/bibliocraft/files
