Shield Overload Talent does not appear to have an Arcane Compendium Entry #272

Arcane Compendium tab for Talents does not contain a section for Shield Overload. It may or may not contain it in the code side, but if it does,it is not being unlocked even when obtained in the occulus.

And just for the time being; Would anyone be able to tell me what it actually does? Is it like an as-needed-passive mana shield?

It looks like a talent that adds mana shield from excess mana.

Are you able to define "excess mana"? Because even at a full mana pool (level 50 somethin, 18k mana) taken damage does not seem to be mitigated like the Mana Shield spell.
