Usually can't cast spells from Spellbook #355

I'm learning the mod and reccently discovered the Spellbook. While I was testing it out I found that most of the time I can't cast the spell, but sometimes I can? Might be worth noting I'm using Touch Light and Touch Dig spells for leveling specifically...

Just make sure you are really close when you cast them. They like to be cast from 1-2 blocks away

For touch spells, there is a very short usage range, so you will effectively need to be right on top of whatever your cast target is.
