Add support for community gardens #1451

If I grow at a community garden or manage a community garden, A lot of my community would benefit from sharing data about their plantings, harvests and more via growstuff So that they can collaborate electronically as they do at the garden itself.

The only thing to consider here is community gardens, where the garden is owned by a community group and individual plantings may be owned by members of that group - it's something we always hoped to do, but haven't built yet.

I'm thinking even home gardens have more than one person often who can tend to it. Sharing passwords is one way, but instead we can allow all gardens to have more than one member.

Lets group the gardens by site? So i can tell between my 8 gardens at home and my 4 gardens at their school.

As a cut down first step, I really want my partner to be able to CRUD everything garden related.
