Deploy using deploy@growstuff.org account #683

Currently the encrypted Heroku API key in .travis.yml is tied to my personal account; this makes it look like all deployments are being done by me rather than by the dead hand of my code. We should make it clear that these deployments are being done by a bot, by using an API key tied to the deploy@growstuff.org account.
