Forge maven links broke #370

Recently forge moved their servers and broke a lot of links, they are making new installers. Can you update your forge version ?

We can try, we are currently locked into 14.23.5.2847 as the forge team made breaking changes on anything higher.

I still have issues to run the latest forge mdk, its not working for now. But when they fix it. i can try make a PR
