[1.19.2] Skim milk in culture jar over fire is not producing any starter culture #103

When making starter culture, by putting skim milk or normal milk in a culture jar over fire, the process seems to not even start.

i have tried a method i've heard of making condensed milk and obtaining it as a byproduct, and it seems that milk + sugar is not yielding neither condensed milk nor starter culture.

as a plus i have an enhancement proposal to re-add the swapper of fluids in the brew kettle, to easly swap the fluids from the right tank to the left.

Also the mixing vat is completely unusable
