Basic grapevine improvements #90

(i'll take this upon agreement)

1) grape "leaf" block, when destroyed, doesn't drop rope. we should be able to rearrange things without losing rope. 2) "small bush" block (one that gives grapes) stays floating just fine when the "leaf" block above is destroyed. 3) grape stems have no collision; leaves have no collision.

  1. Initially, the thought was that the rope would get damaged if the grape leaves block was destroyed, but it makes sense for gameplay to be able to get the rope back.
  2. This is a bug.
  3. This is by design so that a player can walk through the grapevine field and allow for fast harvesting.
