I try to open https://github.com/GrowtopiaNoobs/GrowtopiaServer in my browser but it's says: Repository unavailable due to DMCA takedown.

Private server got deleted from GitHub ?

Yes, it has been taken down, check the GTServer2 development for more information im assuming.
