The CDN cache/custom cache #23

We need a way to get custom cache so we can like edit the files and release our own items. This can be done thanks to custom cache, rather than using the Growtopia cache. I do not know how to create a custom cache but please make it possible, Regards.

and we wouldn't have to update the CDN numbers example 0098/CDNContent64/cache to 0198/CDNContent64/cache.

I think there shouldn't be any problem, just add it to your http server and change path in your enet server, so gt knows location of your own cdn.
