1) Create a custom toolbar using your plugin, named “Custom”, Icons with no text, with actions of “View as grid” and “View as list”. Hit Okay.

Toolbar is visible 2) Enter the settings again and hit Okay.
Toolbar is hidden

Workaround: In menu Settings > Toolbars check toolbar again:

It seems a call to settings switch toolbar status to hidden...
