CONTROLLER_BUTTON triggers? #32

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use the left and right controller triggers

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. I was expecting key bindings for the controller trigger buttons.
2. No actions from the left and right triggers.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1. chatpad_0_0_3a_win7
2. Official MS Xbox 360 wired USB controller with MS Chat Pad

Please provide any additional information below.
1. Is there a way to key bind the trigger buttons?
