can't left-jump while carrying a spring

What steps will reproduce the problem?
0. Select "Jump with Up"
1. In Duct Ape of Spring Level
2. Grab spring with 'alt' 
3. Hit 'jump & left' concurrently -- won't work

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When you hit 'jump & right' it works as expected. When you hit 'jump & left', 
it doesn't. This seems like a bug. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest GIT from daily Ubuntu PPA.

Probably a hardware issue. Does the ghosting demo from
http://www.microsoft.com/appliedsciences/KeyboardGhostingDemo.mspx
register all three keys you want to use in Supertux simultaneously?

For my keyboard if I hold alt and cursor-up it registers an additional 
cursor-right fine while cursor-left is ignored. Cursor-Keys on Numpad do work 
as expected.

So indeed. I tried with an external keyboard, and it works. The MS was very 
informative, and the laptop keyboard misbehaves.

Hardware problem. Can't do anything about ghosting in software.
