A tiny Minecraft Forge mod that allows a player to easily right click to place a torch from anywhere in their inventory whilst holding either a pickaxe, shovel or axe.
I compare the item in the active hotbar slot as being registered in Forge as an 'itemTool', it's possible that GregTech tools deliberately don't register as an 'itemTool'. I'll do some digging and see if I can provide a fix though. Thanks for raising this.
