Install failed #1

URL https://grumpyoldpizza.github.io/ArduinoCore-stm32l0/package_stm32l0_boards_index.json from your install instructions gives 404 error and wont install using Arduino IDE.

There is no json install yet. When the code is going into beta there will be.

Added the URL for the Arduino IDE. So this will work now.
