Source Control is missing number of changes #37

Is it possible to show the number of changes on the Source Control icon? Sorry if this has been asked before, couldn't find anything.

Not really - the only possibility would be to show the number of changes as text after the icon maybe, but I don't think the information is available in a simple way. I think I'd probably have to implement a SCM provider module or something.
