Support as web extension #51

I'm pretty sure this extension is simple enough to run as a web extension. I'll try to work on a PR, but no worries if someone else does it first. https://code.visualstudio.com/api/extension-guides/web-extensions

I've actually started on it - the only issue is the SCM counter functionality, which I need to disable for web use.
