Add instructions for usage with Activitus Bar #652

It took me a few minutes to figure out how to add Todo Tree to my Activitus Bar. I thought it might be helpful for me to update the docs in case someone else needs to do this in the future I could save them the trouble and guesswork.

Here it is in my Activitus Bar to prove it works:

Hi - thanks for this, but I think it probably belongs with the activitus bar extension. It's also slightly out of date now (my fault) as the activitus bar has been updated to work better with custom views. The example in the README is for Todo Tree 8-)

@TSMMark Unfortunately, this configuration no longer works.
