Extension does not work inside a Devcontainer #674

I really like this extension, our whole team also navigates with TODO comments within repos and we even have automation to create issues based on TODO comments automatically. We are currently gradually moving towards developing exclusively in devcontainers, but unfortunately, this extension does not work in devcontainers. I'm not talking about Codespaces, but local Devcontainers via the Remote Containers extension.

Perhaps it needs additional configuration to make it work, or perhaps it is a limitation of the current functionality.
