Filtering:Use Built in Excludes seem not work #816

1，I set Filtering:Use Built in Excludes (file excludes) 2、then I set wokspace files exclude ,vscode excludes this files 3、in todo tree this files show all not excludes 4、if i set this ,but it also not work,and excludes also not work

I dont know why ,please help me
