As a user I want to see the question and the answer choices on the same page of the trip step

Requirements:

combine question and answer step into one

Implementation of this feature causes undesirable effect - not all answer choices are visible at first glance and the user needs to scroll. This might lead to unnecessary confusion and selection of wrong answers.
