Formulate a final problem description and approach

On Friday the 10th we will finalize the problem we are trying to solve. Currently, the plan is to train an existing Temporal Action Localization algorithm on the High quality fall dataset by the KU Leuven.

After Friday, we need to document our agreement in the final report:
